Return Policy

We want you to love the products you purchase from us. If you simply don't love the product you've purchased, please contact us within 7 days.


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In order to have the most efficient return, we recommend taking pictures of any damage on your item.

To start a return, you can contact us at livinglovedesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to http://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once submitted, a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.


Damages - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (toothbrushes, floss, soap). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $6.95 on every order. After ordering, our products usually ship within 2-4 business days after purchase. After shipping, it should take an additional 2-4 days. Due to Covid-19 and the holiday season, you may experience longer than normal shipping times.

What is Guide Shipping protection?

At Checkout we have an option for shipping insurance on your packages called Guide Shipping Protection. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen you are able to file a claim. If approved, you can get your replacement item shipped out to you.
